Night Play by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Bride McTierney has had it with men. They're cheap, self-centered, and never love her for who she is. But though she prides herself on being independent, deep down she still yearns for a knight in shining armor.

She just never expected her knight in shining armor to have a shiny coat of fur...

Deadly and tortured, Vane Kattalakis isn't what he seems. Most women lament that their boyfriends are dogs. In Bride's case, hers is a wolf. A Were-Hunter wolf. Wanted dead by his enemies, Vane isn't looking for a mate. But the Fates have marked Bride as his. Now he has three weeks to either convince Bride that the supernatural is real or he will spend the rest of his life neutered--something no self-respecting wolf can accept...

But how does a wolf convince a human to trust him with her life when his enemies are out to end his? In the world of the Were-Hunters, it really is dog-eat-dog. And only one alpha male can win.

RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS:Top Pick Award

Mmmmhmmm. I do love these Dark-Hunter novels by Sherrilyn Kenyon. They are always fun, sexy, wild, and fantastically different from anything else I read. Just when I think I have them figured out, I turn the page and a quick change in a whole new direction happens. It's almost like every book is a teaser for the next one. NIGHT PLAY is no exception to any of these things.

Talk about sexy! Vane Kattalakis is a major hot Were-hunter wolf. The fact that his chosen mate, Bride McTierney, is not your average tiny, frail blonde, makes him even sexier. I love reading about the differences in his species (versus humans) and the change he makes back and forth between worlds. He has so many magic tricks that I wish he really did exist.

If you want to read a truly marvelous story, with jokes, laughter, tears, heart-wrenching longing, scrumptious men (or something close to human men), evil foes, twisted and cool plots, and just so much more, pick up NIGHT PLAY. Then go back and read all the other Dark-Hunter novels so you don't miss a thing!
