RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS:

JEWELED SEDUCTION is a well-plotted book, very intriguing, and even breath-taking in parts. I loved the spirited heroine. Val is strong and brave and didn't go down without a fight. The hero, Calum McAllister, is a wonderful character, too, all confident and swaggering until it comes to dealing with Val. They are a good match for each other and have a lot of chemistry. And, the ending is good too!

The only reason I didn't give this book a Top Pick was because of some of the "over-thinking." At times the author used more "thinking" than "doing," so that the story stalled in places. But, Ms. McPhee is a wonderful writer, especially good plotter, and I think I will have to read all of her other books.
