All in the Name of Love by Lady Blade

Adrian Hoyle is a prominent Los Angeles Attorney working the corporate world like a shark. She isn't thrilled with it, but the mainstream clients provide her with the opportunity to also take on the "High Profile" cases. She goes after celebrities with a vengeance. She despises them...hates them for their uppity attitude. Fame and money does not put you above the law...

Then she meets Devon Varick.

Devon is one of Hollywood's hottest leading men. With his chiseled good looks, muscled body and bad boy attitude, he's everything she thinks she hates, despite the fantasies she has about him. At least until they come face to face in a Mexican restaurant.

An attempt on Adrian's life that leaves her emotionally scarred and her face badly marred on one side, will send them on a roller coaster ride of murder, suspense and right into each other's arms. The head of a corporate empire leads the couple into a deep, dark world that asks the question,

What would you do "All in the Name of Love..."

RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS:

I'll say this much for Lady Blade. She sure knows how to write a plot with lots of twists, turns, and surprises. ALL IN THE NAME OF LOVE was one ebook that kept me not just interested, but surprised me and kept me guessing. That's the way I like my suspense!

Ms. Blade had done a fine job with all aspects of this story, from the characters, to the plot, to the emotional roller coaster she runs Devon and Adrian through. Devon is a dream—his devotion to Adrian during an accident she suffers is phenomenal, and makes him the type of romance hero we readers all grab on to (or would like to!). Adrian is tough, independent, and sharp as a tack—Devon definitely knows a good thing when he sees it.

But what stands out the most in ALL IN THE NAME OF LOVE, are Ms. Blade's skillfully woven plot twists and her quick paced, easy flowing prose. Just when you think you know where this story's going, Ms. Blade throws in a glitch: A surprise villain here, a few mysterious happenings there, not to mention an ending with a few surprises and an unexpected twist. Bravo, I say, and very well done!

If you're looking for a good suspenseful romance that will keep you on your toes, ALL IN THE NAME OF LOVE is one book you might want to consider reading.
