A KNIGHT'S HONOR Author: Connie Mason ISBN: 0843954639 11/2005 HISTORICAL Publisher: DORCHESTER/Leisure
Connie Mason does it again with A KNIGHT'S HONOR—a sweeping tale of love and forgiveness set in medieval England. Falcon is a gorgeous man with all of the right things going on. He is honorable, loyal and sexy, and will stand up for the woman he loves regardless of the cost. When he is set upon by brigands on the roadside, he is brought to Mildenhall Castle to recover. The first thing Falcon sees upon opening his eyes is Mariah and thinks that he is looking at an angel. Mariah is a beautiful, smart, intriguing woman who is literally pushed to the limits by her trying circumstances. She is young, has only ever had an elderly man for her husband, and needs an heir to secure her husband's estates before he dies. Falcon can give her all of the things that she needs. He can give her that passion, the love, the desire, even the companionship that she longs for, but she doesn't want to be disloyal to her husband, who, I might add, is the one trying to push her into Falcon's bed. It is his dying wish to see Mariah settled and brought forth of an heir for Mildenhall. What ensues is a beautiful love story that spans years and grows stronger throughout every page. Mariah and Falcon have an explosively passionate relationship. Connie Mason is a fantastic writer and I am always eager to read one of her books, as I know it will bring me many hours of enjoyment.
