So, armed with his knowledge of science, and a flair for the dramatic, not to mention a roc, a few wizards, a dragonslayer, and an army or two... Well, would you want to be the bad guy?

RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS:

THE WIZARD'S WIFE is a wonderful tale of adventure. Marela is a good natured heroine, always in trouble, but very likable. The hero, AErin, is fantastic and romantic.

However, I think the book could have been half the length because of all the "telling" instead of "showing." Pages are devoted to scene descriptions, which equals boring.

My opinion: Skip to the scenes and you've got a good book.
