All I can say is that Ms. Day sure knows how to write a hero. Marcus Westfield is a super alpha male that knows what he wants and will stop at nothing to achieve it. What he wants is Lady Elizabeth Hawthorne, his former fiancée who jilted him four years ago. Being an agent for the Crown, he is assigned to protect her. However, Elizabeth needs to be protected from Marcus. She needs to be protected from his smoldering gazes, his heated touches, his succulent kisses and especially from his bold proclamation of wanting to make love to her.

Having once been engaged to each other, Marcus and Elizabeth are no strangers. The history between them makes ASK FOR IT even more titillating. Elizabeth caught Marcus in a compromising situation. She fled from London and eloped with another man. Unfortunately, her husband was murdered and now she is entrusted with his journal which holds secrets that puts her life in danger. Marcus vows to protect her and find out who is after the journal. Danger, vengeance, and lust make passionate bedfellows.

ASK FOR IT is a Top Pick read for me. I love a book that not only has an interesting plot, but also sex scenes that take my breath away. Sylvia Day will surely take your breath away with the unbridled passion between Marcus and Elizabeth. The sex between Marcus and Elizabeth is so hot, the pages actually sizzle!

Sylvia Day is one of my new favorite authors! If you are familiar with her books, you will be extremely entertained! If you haven't read any of her books before, you simply must read ASK FOR IT.
