Donna Hanover's MY BOYFRIEND'S BACK is a delightful, heart-warming book filled with true stories of couples reuniting and falling in love all over again. Although I did enjoy reading how people were reunited after being apart for twenty or more years, I had a hard time identifying with any of the stories. I married my high school sweetheart and I have been with him ever since.

Many of the stories were touching. For example, there was a story about a mother who intercepted love letters between her son and his long distance girlfriend. With each person thinking the other broke up with them, they went on with their lives. When his mother sent him a package with old report cards and such, he dug more into the box and found all those letters written between him and his girlfriend—never opened and never read. He ended up contacting her and they renewed their friendship. Eventually their friendship turned into love and they married each other. How sweet!

Many of the stories follow that pattern, but in the end they always end up together. Even those people in their fifties and sixties manage to find their old loves and marry again! MY BOYFRIEND'S BACK really is a feel good book. It was refreshing to read true stories about people falling in love and finding their soul mates.
