Bad Girls Don't by Cathie Linz

When Skye Wright saw flashing lights in her rearview mirror, she figured she'd just charm her way out of yet another speeding ticket. How could she have known that the handsome cop who stepped out of the police cruiser was a Studly Do-Right capable of taming the wild child right out of her?

It took less than two seconds for Sheriff Nathan Thornton to peg the sexy Skye as trouble. Maybe it was the way she shimmied her hips in that I Dream of Jeannie outfit. Or the huge stack of speeding tickets in her bag. Whatever it was, the woman was belly dancing her way into his thoughts. Now if only she'd belly dance into his bedroom!

RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS:

Cathie Linz's newest release, BAD GIRLS DON'T, is an entertaining romantic comedy. The follow up book to GOOD GIRLS DO, BAD GIRLS DON'T follows the story of Julia's belly dancing sister, Skye.

Skye Wright is a single mom and a belly dancing/yoga teacher. A free spirit, just about everyone in town is smitten with her, except the new sheriff, Nathan. Skye seems to rub Nathan the wrong way—well, at first anyway!

Nathan is loyal to his job and the citizens who live in the community. He has deep scars that haven't healed and few truly know his past. Skye is everything he isn't, so why is he incredibly attracted to her?

Nathan and Skye are just too funny when they are together. Between their witty banter and the sexual tension thrumming between them, they make BAD GIRLS DON'T a rip roaring good time!

What I loved most about BAD GIRLS DON'T was the array of unique and enjoyable characters. Add that to the budding relationship between Skye and the Nathan, and you have yourself a great read!

Cathie Linz wrote a very funny and a very enjoyable book! I can't wait until the next book, BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY, comes out! For now, I'll reread BAD GIRLS DON'T when I get in the mood for a good laugh and some hot romance.
