This book has amazing suspense and is also full of heartwarming Southern-style love. New author Cynthia Reece understands her subject very well, having adopted from China herself, but she also has an exceptional gift for characterization and you'll find it hard to believe the characters aren't real when you turn the final page of the book!

Sara Tennyson is a heroine you will laugh and cry with as she succeeds despite all the odds.
