Spirited, tough, romantic, and beyond likeable, the characters in A HIGHLANDER NEVER SURRENDERS are one in a million. Especially the heroine, Claire, who never compromises and who defines the word fiery in the dictionary. She, along with the irresistible rogue who loves her, Graham, make this one stellar read. I cannot say enough about them to prove how great they are, so you will just have to pick up a copy and meet them yourself.

As for the rest of the book, well, it surpasses my expectations of a good Scottish read, and Paula Quinn is now on my auto buy list. I know she has more tales to share and I know she will do a fine job of telling them!

I so enjoyed this book that I am not giving it back. It takes the average Scotland historical romance book and kicks it right in the ballocks!
