RRAH's THOUGHTS AND PONDERINGS:

The first Perry book I read featured a heroine that I couldn't say anything nice about. Thank goodness, this time around the heroine is given not only brains, but brawn and heart, too.

TEMPTED BY FATE is a nice addition to The Guardians of Destiny Series. It shows Perry has a flare for writing action-packed romance with wit and fire. Creating heroes I would like to meet in person helps, too. Although at times the story doesn't quite deliver everything I think it should—especially the "bad man," who should deliver on his ruthless reputation with more than just a few throwing stars—TEMPTED BY FATE is a good, solid, romantic read that keeps the series interesting.
